Learn the essentials of functional fitness and weightlifting in the most effective way: 1 on 1 with an expert coach. We'll start off with bodyweight movements and progress into using barbells, kettlebells, gymnastics rings, and more. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
In each session, your coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to keep you moving safely. Following the instruction and practice portion, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty and have a lot of fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our Group CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
