Meet Our Nutritionist
Karly Miller joins Archetype after earning her Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from the University of Michigan.
Before completing her graduate studies, she attended the University of Illinois, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition.
Karly’s interest in nutrition began during her years as a competitive volleyball player. Experiencing firsthand how food affects performance and overall well‑being sparked her passion for helping others build healthier relationships with nutrition.
Her coaching philosophy is grounded in evidence‑based practices and the development of sustainable, lifelong habits.
