Getting Started is Easy

Book Your Free Consultation

You will sit down with an expert coach to talk about what you want to achieve in your fitness, discuss your background, and make a plan for you to succeed! We will also answer any question you might have. Common goals ACF members have:

  • Burn fat and get lean
  • Build muscle and look great with my shirt off
  • Improve my strength, stamina, and flexibility
  • Be active to stay healthy as I get older
  • I'm training for a marathon, 5k, hiking trip, or ski season

Then we will determine the best next steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave with some great advice. Expect to spend about 30 minutes at the gym. Most of all, your intro is a great way to determine if Archetype CrossFit is the right fit for you.
